Franco Manca announces Covent Garden and Earls Court sites
Italian pizza brand Franco Manca is to open two new sites in central London, one in Covent Garden, and one in Earls Court.
The 80-cover, Maiden Lane, Covent Garden site is expected to open in July, with a 1,465 sq ft space across the ground floor and basement, while the 64-cover Earls Court Road site will measure 1,650 sq ft, also across the ground floor and basement, and is expected to open in early October.
Property specialist Shelley Sandzer acted in both deals.
This takes the number of sites for the expanding brand to 15 in total, and comes just after its opening in London's Belsize Park. The group has confirmed that it is hoping to expand further across the capital, as well as outside London.
Kit Alexander at Shelley Sandzer, commented: "Franco Manca is trading extremely well across the capital and we will be working closely with them on further sites as they continue to grow."
Following the two deals, David Sykes at Franco Manca, said: "This is a very exciting time for us and Shelley Sandzer are now actively assisting us in a search for more sites both inside and outside of London."
