Elysium replaces Zinnia with Mimosa

Essex-based restaurant and bar group Elysium is to replace its Zinnia restaurant in London's Chelsea with a second site under its Mimosa brand.

The restaurant, at 86 Fulham Road, will reopen as Mimosa on 18 June.

The laid-back bar and restaurant will serve a range of modern British dishes using seasonable produce - a change from the Japanese fusion food offered by Zinnia.

Typical dishes at Mimosa will include homemade pork & quail egg pie; lobster mac; crispy soft-shell crab; and Suffolk middle white pork cutlet with roasted root vegetables & quince puree.

The original Mimosa is an 8,000 sq ft venue in Colchester Business Park, Essex.

Elysium runs several other venues including Steak Etc, XV Lounge, Hudson, River Lodge, and Qube bar and club, all of which are located in Colchester.
