Famous Italian chefs to take the stage at Bellavita London 2015
Famous Italian chefs Massimo Bottura, Aldo Zilli, Giorgio Locatelli, Theo Randall and Francesco Mazzei are among those set to appear at this year's Bellavita 2015 exhibition in London.
The show, which aims to "celebrate the excellence of Italy" from Sunday 19 to Tuesday 21 July, will have a series of demonstrations taking place at its Food Theatre, focusing on everything from cheese to coffee, to parma ham, truffles, olive oil, pasta, and charcuterie.
Other demonstrators will include Andrea Zagatti, Luka Pfaff, Carmelo Carnevale, Alessandro Grano, Guiseppe Ruotolo, and Sabrina Gidda, plus a coffee demo from Lavazza.
There will also be four wine experts on site: Peter McCombie, master of wine, wine trainer and commentator; David Bird, master of wine and wine author; Johnathan Fillion, Vice Sommelier World Champion 2013, and head sommelier at London's Clos Maggiore; and Virgilio Gennaro, wine lecturer and wine buyer at London restaurant Locanda Locatelli.
Bellavita Expo seeks to provide a platform showcasing Italian products, and Italian gastronomic heritage, internationally, to the trade and the public. It also operates its own Awards ceremony, highlighting the best food and wine across a host of categories, and offers wine tasting sessions, and workshops.
The event takes place in London next month and in Amsterdam on November 22 and 23.
