Cateys 2015: the highlights

It's the morning after the night before and oh what a night it was.
The Caterer welcomed more than 1,200 guests to the Great Room at the Grosvenor House hotel on London's Park Lane for the annual Catey Awards, which once again lived up to its moniker as the Oscars for the hospitality industry.
Our roll call of illustrious winners included chefs Nico Ladenis, Daniel Boulud and Sat Bains as well as Springboard's Stephen Moss, caterer Wendy Bartlett, and Mexican restaurant group Wahaca. Full details of everyone who went home with a Catey are available here.
