Stellar line-up at Abergavenny Food Festival
The Abergavenny Food Festival promises headliners including Tom Kerridge, Raymond Blanc, Theo Randall, Cyrus Todiwala and Yotam Ottolenghi on its schedule.
Tom Kerridge will be in conversation with The Telegraph food journalist Xanthe Clay on 18 September to talk about his third cookbook, Tom's Table: My Favourite Everyday Recipes, to be released on 24 September.
On 19 September Raymond Blanc will discuss ‘Paying the price - why undervaluing food may cost us the earth' with the BBC's Sheila Dillon, and Theo Randall will be offering a masterclass in Italian cooking, demonstrating some of his favourite dishes.
There will also be a selection of new products launching at the festival, including Little Pod's handmade Madagascan vanilla shortbread, which was created following customer demand, Petals of the Valley's Turkish delight, made with locally grown Welsh rosewater, and Patchwork Pate's new mushroom marmalade.
The Abergavenny Food Festival is the biggest food festival in Wales and was established in 1999 to celebrate the diversity and culture of food from across the country.
