Elior caters for International Fair Trade Conference in Bristol

Elior provided the catering for 240 delegates from 20 countries at the International Fair Trade Town Conference in Bristol last month.

The theme of the conference was fair trade for sustainability, as part of Bristol's European Green Capital events programme.

Jenny Foster, Bristol and South West Fairtrade co-ordinator, said: "The Elior team provided us with excellent food and was incredibly helpful and accommodating."

The event took place on 4 and 5 July and was the ninth of its kind.
