Hilton London Bankside finalises management team

Splendid Hospitality Group which owns and manages the hotel has appointed a further five management positions following the announcement of two senior roles earlier this year.

Headed up by general manager James Clarke and executive chef Paul Bates, the team includes Kelly Eichholtz as director of business development; Raoul de Souza, director of food and beverage; Ivan Drinkwater, director of finance; Kim Mouflier, director of rooms; and Stephen Atkinson, head of event planning.

Stuart Bailey, chief executive of Splendid Hospitality, the owner and operator of the £120m hotel, said: "We have put together a highly talented, award-winning team to launch this stunning hotel.

"Between them they have won a host of hospitality industry awards including three Cateys, an Acorn and numerous internal awards. They are an exceptional team which has been personally selected to ensure the hotel can offer the very best experience to our business and leisure travelers and be the event destination of London."

Eichholtz was previously at the Crowne Plaza London - the City as director of sales and marketing, while de Souza has joined the hotel from director of restaurants at Grosvenor House. Drinkwater worked for Four Seasons as director of finance at its Canary Wharf and Hampshire properties. Mouflier takes up her new role from the InterContinental Park Lane where she was front office manager and Atkinson joins from Hilton Park Lane where he worked as conference and banqueting manager.

The hotel has 25 suites, one penthouse apartment with private terrace, 11 meeting rooms and indoor swimming pool, in addition to a ballroom for up to 700 guests.
