New bar and grill group Faborjé to open in Watford
New bar and grill group Faborjé is to open in Watford in mid-October.
Leased at number 46 the Parade, the 7,000 sq ft bar and grill will be split across a ground floor and an elevated floor area for dining, and is set to offer live music during dinner. Its menu will emphasise locally sourced produce and focus on grilled meat.
The modern design has been created by Mark Jacobs interiors, and is intended to have a sleek and luxurious feel.
The opening of Faborjé joins that of burger restaurant Meat and Shake, whose 150-cover Watford restaurant is to open on the high street in October. Nightclubs Twisted Monkey and Hydeout are also set to open on the Parade site, with the first in the basement and the second adjacent on the ground floor.
Property specialists Shelley Sandzer represented property management company Valad Europe for Faborjé on the deal.
Henry Wilson, leasing agent at Shelley Sandzer, said: "We are very happy to have acted as advisors and help source the perfect sites in Watford for [Faborjé's] individual requirements. The location already benefits from a strong footfall and is perfectly suited for dining and leisure operators."
