Product Excellence Awards shortlist revealed
The Caterer is delighted to announce the shortlist for the 2015 Product Excellence Awards, which recognise excellence and innovation in food, drink and equipment products within the hospitality sector.
Lisa Jenkins, products and suppliers editor of The Caterer, said: "With customer expectations rising, an increase in demand for special diet products and competition fierce to deliver the next innovation in the marketplace, foodservice operators need a point of difference to offer their guests.
"Sourcing the right products is paramount and our Product Excellence Awards showcase these excellent products, manufacturers, producers and services."
The judging sessions took place over five days and decisions were agreed by industry experts from across all sectors of hospitality. The judges tasted hundreds of products and studied a huge number of equipment entries.

The winners will be announced on 3 December at Dartmouth House in London in association with award sponsor, Compass Group UK & Ireland.
