The Caterer and TLT launch restaurant market report
The Caterer and law firm TLT have today launched a new report examining the growth of the UK restaurant sector.
The 16-page publication features the results of a survey in which The Caterer and TLT asked restaurateurs across the country for their thoughts on the state of the sector.
It also includes a report on a round table discussion that saw restaurant industry heavyweights such as Casual Dining Group chief executive Steve Richards and Tortilla founder Brandon Stephens discuss what those findings mean, as well as their own thoughts on how the UK restaurant market is faring.
