Dual hotel at Heathrow Terminal 4 to be managed by Arora Hotels
Two adjoining InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) properties are to be developed, with a direct connection to London Heathrow Terminal 4.
It will be the third IHG hotel to be managed by Arora, joining the Holiday Inn Heathrow Terminal 5 and the InterContinental London - The O2, which is to open this winter. Arora also operates four other airport hotels - two Sofitel properties in Heathrow and Gatwick under franchise agreements with AccorHotels, the Renaissance London Heathrow under a franchise agreement with Marriott, and the Arora Hotel Gatwick/Crawley.
The new development has been signed in conjunction with hotel development advisors Whitebridge Hospitality, an LJ Group company.
The Crowne Plaza will provide five meeting rooms and two boardrooms, while the Holiday Inn express will have an Express Café and Bar. Both hotels will be connected to Heathrow's terminals via an air bridge.
Surinder Arora, founder and chairman of the Arora Group, said the two hotels will provide an opportunity to bring another "best in class facility" to Heathrow, with IHG. "We are also delighted to have on board our other key partner, LJ Group with whom we share a common goal of launching an outstanding hotel as well as creating a long term investment opportunity," he said.

The building project will be overseen by Grove Developments, the construction division of the Arora Group.
