Oriental and far eastern retail opportunity

399 Edgware Road

At the centre of the 399 Edgware Road development is a range of retail and restaurant units which will bring the flavours and spices of the orient and far east to Brent.

Specialist regeneration developer U+I wants to bring authentic far eastern and oriental retailers and exotic tastes to 399 Edgware Road creating a unique shopping experience for the area. Incorporating a restaurant, grocery and retail units, the new accommodation will respect the special history of the site, creating a cultural hub for a wide range of communities guided by the requirements of Brent Council to limit occupiers to far eastern and oriental uses.

A wide pavement in front of the retail units will be carefully designed and landscaped to create an area which can be used for outdoor trading and specific community events or local celebrations, such as Chinese New Year.
