Hotelympia 10k and the Big Event to raise funds for Springboard

This year's Hotelympia will help raise funds for the Springboard charity with a 10k run and the Big Event at London's ExCeL.

World, Olympic, European and Commonwealth medallist Steve Cram will be running alongside hundreds of hospitality professionals in the charity run.

The event will start at 11am on 28 February and will mark the opening of Hotelympia 2016.

Meanwhile, the Big Event will take place on 1 March and will serve as the gala dinner for this year's Hotelympia.

Guest chefs will create a menu with matching wines for the special event, which will also celebrate St David's Day.

Money raised will help people of all ages into sustainable employment within the hospitality, leisure and tourism sector.
