Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma 2016 open for entries

Junior managers, senior supervisors and heads of department working in the hotel industry are being encouraged to apply for the Master Innholders Aspiring Leaders Diploma (MIALD) 2016.

The MIALD sees delegates study for an internationally and industry recognised Level 3 Award from the Institute of Leadership & Management over a 12-month period.

Participants will learn through a combination of group workshops, private study, project work, best practice visits and from specialist guest speakers.

Study sessions will start in April and will be broken down into two-day sessions.

Applicants must be nominated by a senior colleague and complete an application form by 19 February.

Some financial support is provided by the Master Innholders Charitable Trust, with the employer of each successful applicant required to contribute £1,500 towards the overall cost of the programme.
