Olive Catering announces new appointments

Olive Catering Services is continuing to grow its senior management team, with three new appointments so far this year.

Kevin Yates and Helen Baily have both been appointed as group operations managers, while Stuart Williams has joined as operations manager.

Yates, who previously managed a number of large contracts for Dine Contract Catering, also has experience as an executive head chef. Having created new menus with a focus on fresh food, he will be responsible for Olive's staff restaurants across the country.

Baily spent five years as Olive's catering manager. She will be responsible for the growth and improvement of the business at all levels, through the development of team members and evolution of its food offers.

Williams joins the company with more than 15 years' experience in a variety of roles ranging from commis chef to general manager. He was previously operations manager at Thomas Franks. He will be tasked with building relationships across Olive's national portfolio of clients and enhancing its delivery of food innovation.

Damon Brown, co-founder of Olive Catering Services, said: "Having enjoyed such a successful year in 2015, we wanted to make sure we are able to raise the bar even higher by delivering innovative and tailored contract catering solutions to more businesses around the country. We quickly recognised how important a part Stuart, Kevin and Helen can play in our future plans, and are excited by the potential each will bring to their new role."
