Dominvs Hospitality to open Holiday Inn Manchester in April

Dominvs Hospitality is to open a Holiday Inn in Manchester city centre in April.

The new hotel will take Dominvs to six sites, with a further five in the pipeline. Its other hotels are in Scotland, Durham and South Yorkshire.

The 298-bedroom Holiday Inn Manchester City Centre will be operated under franchise agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group.

It will feature Holiday Inn's new Open Lobby concept, where guests can eat, drink, work and relax; plus a gym, meeting rooms and business centre.

The hotel will offer fast free Wi-Fi, and 24-hour dining will be on offer, along with Starbucks coffee. All rooms will include power showers, DVD and CD players and a 40 inch Smart HD television with cable channels.

Dominvs chief operating officer Sean Brookes said: "This is an exciting time for Dominvs, working with the globally renowned Holiday Inn brand in the heart of a city going through a time of significant regeneration and increasing stature within Europe. We're confident that the combination of the prime location and Holiday Inn brand is going to be a great success with both business and leisure guests."
