Luxury hotel to open in Tunbridge Wells

A 39-bedroom luxury hotel will open in the historic Pantiles district of Tunbridge Wells, Kent, in June.

One Warwick Park is being developed by Markerstudy Leisure from the former 10-bedroom Brew House hotel and adjacent Old School House building. An underground gallery, which will showcase the work of local, national and international artists, will link the two spaces.

Work on the development has been underway since 2013. The contemporary interior design is being created by Envy London, with HMY architects working in collaboration with interior architects KTB.

Markerstudy Leisure is the owner of a varied portfolio of businesses which includes Salomons Estate, a 47-bedroom wedding and conference venue just outside Tunbridge Wells; a private jet charter company; and a gymnastics academy.
