Holiday Inn Express Birmingham – Walsall on the market for almost £7m

The 120-bedroom Holiday Inn Express Birmingham - Walsall has been put up for sale for offers in excess of £6.85m.

Property agent Christie & Co will be acting in the sale of the purpose-built hotel, which also includes a bar, lounge and restaurant area on the ground floor.

Situated on the Tempus Ten business park, it is being offered on a long-leasehold basis and comes with a franchise agreement with InterContinental Hotels Group.
