Drake & Morgan to open at Heathrow Terminal 4
Restaurant and bar group Drake & Morgan is set to open its first airport site at Heathrow's Terminal 4 this summer.
Named the Commission, the casual all-day dining concept is a joint venture with hospitality and foodservice provider Delaware North.
The 170-cover restaurant will occupy 4,800sq ft and will also feature a grab and go offering.
Jillian MacLean, managing director, Drake & Morgan said: "Our all-day bar and dining format is ideal for transport hubs and we are working closely with Delaware North to deliver a fresh new concept designed specifically to appeal to travellers, from business passengers through to families."
Ben Crowley, Heathrow's head of food and beverage, added: "Drake & Morgan is an incredibly exciting brand and I am delighted to welcome them to Heathrow. We have been keen to expand the bar concepts available at Heathrow for some time and this proposal will provide a real point of difference for Terminal 4 with a quintessentially British touch".
