The five-star hotel Corinthia London has appointed Stéphane Trycionka as director of sales and marketing.

With 11 years of experience in the luxury hotel industry, Trycionka will be in charge of driving international sales to the flagship Corinthia Hotels' property.

He joins from the Hôtel Métropole Monte-Carlo in Monaco, where he held the same role.

Trycionka said: "Joining the Corinthia London is the perfect next step in my career. Having worked in luxury travel sector for many years, I am looking forward to being part of the sales and marketing team and further developing the presence and performance of this world-class hotel."

General manager Thomas Fischer, who joined the 294-bedroom hotel in August 2015, added: "We are delighted to have Stéphane on board. Stéphane's accomplished background, combined with an exceptional record of achievements and strong business relationships, will ensure the London sales team continue to drive consistently high sales and offer a personalised service to meet the complex needs of the twenty-first century traveller."
