Former Apostrophe owner to open turkey restaurant

The former owner of café chain Apostrophe is to open a new turkey restaurant with an eastern Mediterranean twist in London.

Amir and Limor Chen will launch Strut and Cluck in Shoreditch this summer.

From 2004, Amir developed the Apostrophe group which specialised in coffee and fresh food, until it was sold to caterer CH&Co in 2014.

Amir has since become an investor and advisory board member in healthy soup firm Soupologie.

Limor, an artist by profession, is also the family chef and started experimenting with turkey has a healthy alternative to chicken.

The opening of the restaurant at 151-153 Commercial Street follows a pop-up at Shoreditch House.
