Exmouth seafront – Catering concession and function business

Exmouth seafront – Catering concession and function business

LED is inviting expressions of interest from regional independent caterers, café and restaurant operators interested in working in partnership to operate the existing Pavilion Café and function concession.

The opportunity comprises a five-year catering concession for the highly successful ground floor 90-seat, year round café with extensive outdoor seating, and associated function business. Potential exists to complement the Pavilion business by extending event services to Ocean, our conference and events venue, which is co-located.

It will be essential for any future partner to share our core values of creativity, quality and deep commitment to the local community and economy.

To be considered for this process, please contact Sue Pym, spym@ledleisure.co.uk, expressing your interest by 20 July 2016. Alongside contact details, please supply up to two sides of A4, stating why you are interested in working with LED, organisational/individual background and relevant operational experience. A briefing and formal walk round will be held with those shortlisted on 28 July 2016.
