Koh Thai Tapas to open 11th site in Romsey

Koh Thai Tapas will open its third Hampshire site, its 11th in total, later this month in Romsey.

The announcement of the 80-cover restaurant, opening 28 July, follows just weeks after the brand launched its Koh Noi concept in Winchester, and a 12th site is expected to open later in the year.

The restaurant will feature the hand-painted murals, fretwork and wooden bars seen in its other venues. It will serve its popular cocktails, as well as pork ribs; a ‘Jungle Curry' featuring a thin sauce with Thai herbs, green peppercorns and red chillies; and crispy squid.

The opening is part of the brand's target to have 40 sites opened or in the pipeline by 2021.

Kevin Marsh from Savills acted on the deal.
