Arora Group launches luxury apartments next to InterContinental London – The O2

Residents of Arora Tower, which includes four penthouses and 40 serviced properties, will have direct access to the hotel via a private corridor.

Construction of the 24-storey building, formerly known as the Peninsular Tower, was completed at the end of July, with sales of the apartments due to be finalised this month.

The Arora Group, which currently owns and operates eight hotels, has previous experience of managing luxury apartments at Charters, a residential development at Charters, an Art Deco country house in Sunningdale, Berkshire. It is also soon to develop 308 apartments in Crawley, West Sussex, as part of a wider regeneration scheme of the town centre.

Surinder Arora, founder and chairman of the Arora Group, said the apartments provide "the unique opportunity to benefit from the top-tier services of the connected luxury InterContinental London - The O2 hotel with commanding views of Canary Wharf from the prime riverside frontage of the Greenwich Peninsula".

Last week, the Arora Group was given the go-ahead to develop a 298-bedroom hotel with direct access to the Queen's Terminal, Terminal 2 at London Heathrow airport.
