Leaf Hospitality signs management contract for Hampton by Hilton

UK hotel and management company Leaf Hospitality has signed a management agreement for the upcoming Hampton by Hilton at Humberside Airport.

The agreement with the owner of the Hampton by Hilton, Nightel 2, marks Leaf Hospitality's third managed hotel in its portfolio, alongside the 80-room Holiday Inn Express Grimsby and the 115-room DoubleTree by Hilton Lincoln.

The 100-room Hampton by Hilton Humberside Airport will feature two meeting rooms, a lobby and bar, a gym with state-of-the-art fitness equipment and parking.

Richard Farrar, founder of Leaf Hospitality, said: "As our third hotel in this region, we are delighted to be given the opportunity to manage this outstanding property. Paul and his team have done a great job in developing the hotel to date, so we're really excited about getting started. Humberside Airport has fast become the UK's second largest helicopter hub serving the southern North Sea offshore energy and renewables sectors. The airport is a convenient gateway to Northern Europe for guests travelling in and out of the Humber so we're confident of its long term popularity and our commitment to deliver exceptional hotel performance."

Paul Green, owner of Nightel 2, added: "Leaf Hospitality, with their proven track record, was an obvious choice for us. Leaf have a first-class understanding of global brands and distribution platforms combined with a unique ability to penetrate the local market within each destination they work with. Their knowledge of the sector and transparent, personal approach to driving revenue and profit is exactly what we need and we are looking forward to a lengthy and successful partnership."

Leaf Hospitality plans to have 20 hotels under management by 2025.
