InterContinental London – The O2 announces two new operations directors
Tim Reynolds will take on the role of director of operations - F&B and Heather Hamilton joins the team as director of operations - rooms.
Reynolds arrives at the hotel from Sofitel London Gatwick, also part of the Arora Group, where most recently he held the position of acting general manager. Prior to joining Sofitel London Gatwick, he held a number of roles with Guoman Thistle Hotels.
Hamilton joins from the Park Plaza Group where she held roles across the company's portfolio including opening general manager, front of house manager and interim general manager. She started her career with Redefine BDL Hotels.
Hamilton said: "I'm delighted to join such prestigious company. My experience stands me in good stead as I work with the team to cement the excellent work they've done since opening and ensure they are in the best possible position to capitalise on the success they have enjoyed to date."
