Tom Kerridge and Adam Byatt to collaborate with the Greyhound on the Test for charity event
The Greyhound on the Test in Stockbridge is to welcome Tom Kerridge and Adam Byatt to the kitchen for a series of supper clubs to raise money for Alex Lewis Trust.
Adam Byatt, chef-patron of Trinity, Upstairs at Trinity and Bistro Union in Clapham will join head chef of the Greyhound on the Test, Chris Heather, on 13 October to cook a five-course meal.
On 8 December, Tom Kerridge of the Hand & Flowers and the Coach in Marlow will cook with the Greyhound on the Test team.
Lucy Townsend, owner of the Greyhound on the Test, said: "We are absolutely thrilled to be welcoming Tom and Adam into our kitchen for what we are sure will be two very special evenings and we really appreciate all the support they've given to my partner Alex."
In July, the hospitality industry raised over £26,000 at the Cateys to support the trust.
Speaking at the event, Lewis said: "To be part of the hospitality ‘family' is one thing, but to see how the cream of the industry came together to support my trust at the Cateys was overwhelming. I am incredibly humbled by it and, it goes without saying, truly grateful to everyone involved."
