Second UK Park Regis hotel to open in summer 2017

The second Park Regis hotel is set to open in Shoreditch, east London, in June 2017.

The 125-bedroom upscale boutique hotel, situated near Old Street station, follows the opening of a 272-bedroom Park Regis hotel in Birmingham earlier this year, the group's first in Europe.

The property design is described as sophisticated and modern.

The Australian-owned StayWell Hospitality Group announced last week it will be growing its Park Regis and Leisure Inn brands in the UK following a deal with Fiveways Hospitality. A master licensing agreement between the two parties will see the announcement of four new hotels in the UK over the next two years as part of StayWell's plans to open 100 hotels worldwide within the next three years.

StayWell currently has 35 hotels in Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, India, United Arab Emirates and the UK.
