Concierge of the Year named

Binoy Nair has been named London Concierge of the Year by the Society of the Golden Keys of Great Britain and the Commonwealth.

Brian Martin from Titanic hotel Liverpool was named as Regional Concierge of the Year, while William Thomson from Macdonald Randolph hotel in Oxford took the Young Concierge of the Year title.

Martin said: "I am extremely excited to have been awarded Concierge of the Year, it is a huge achievement and I'm looking forward to seeing it on my shelf every day."

The Service Through Friendship award went to David Haines, head concierge at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge.

Tony Rossi, concierge at Crowne Plaza London Kensington, was recognised with a Lifetime Achievement award.
