Nordic Bakery to open fourth site in London's Seven Dials
Scandinavian bakery and coffee shop, Nordic Bakery, is set to open in December on Neal Street in Covent Garden, London.
The new Nordic Bakery will be the brand's fourth, and comes as part of its ongoing expansion plan for London.
The restaurant will serve dishes inspired by traditional Nordic recipes and ingredients such as smoked fish and Finnish cinnamon buns.
Miisa Mink, co-owner of Nordic Bakery, said: "Our location on the main pedestrian walkway of Neal Street is close to the interconnecting streets of Seven Dials and offers visitors a peaceful place to stop and enjoy a fika or to take away a coffee and lunch."
Shaftesbury is an investment company which owns over 583 shops, restaurants, cafes and pubs in Carnaby, Chinatown, Covent Garden, Soho and Charlotte Street, all in London.
Julia Wilkinson, portfolio and group restaurant strategy executive at Shaftesbury, said: "Nordic Bakery is an excellent new addition to Seven Dials. The exciting cafés and restaurants here complement Seven Dials' distinctive international fashion and lifestyle offer."
