Judy Joo secures second London site for Jinjuu

Judy Joo is to open her second London restaurant on Albermarle Street in London's Mayfair this winter.

The Korean-American chef is opening Jinjuu Mayfair in partnership with Babbo Group founder Kia Joorabchian, who is also involved with the Kingly Street site, executive chef Andrew Hales and group beverage manager Kristian Breivik.

The 76-cover site will feature the same Korean cuisine as the original site along with some new menu items including Hoe Dup Bab (slices of raw and fresh seafood with Korean dressing); and Iberico pork or rib-eye steak barbecued skewers.

An Asian beer selection will be available as well as a cocktail menu, which includes a number of low calorie options such as the Soju Sour (Soju, ginseng spirit, honey, lavender and fresh yuja juice).
