Tender opportunity: Middlesbrough Town Hall

Tender opportunity: Middlesbrough Town Hall

Middlesbrough Council is currently delivering an £8 million capital scheme to restore and redevelop Middlesbrough Town Hall (MTH) as a vibrant cultural and heritage hub for Middlesbrough and the wider Tees Valley. The plans include the restoration of the Carriageway with original glass roof which will become the main box office and circulation area, the development of new café and bar facilities, and a new community space.

Middlesbrough Town Hall is keen to explore whether suitable providers may be interested in managing the future proposed café, bars and possibly some catering events business within a redeveloped Middlesbrough Town Hall.

In issuing this advert the Council is not committing to undertaking any procurement and any non participation by organisations will not be taken into account or preclude them from any future procurement

Closing date: Friday 2nd December 2016
