Corus and Regal puts seven hotels up for sale
Corus and Regal is selling seven of its hotels for a combined total of £14.65m.
The hotels range from the five-bedroom Royal Oak pub in Berkshire to the 76-bedroom Carlton Park hotel in Yorkshire. The list also includes the 40-bedroom Feathers hotel in Ludlow, Shropshire.
Corus's property development director, Mike Stevens, said the hotels were being sold as they were "non-core". He said: "They just don't fit into our current thinking."

- The 40-bedroom Feathers hotel in Ludlow, Shropshire - asking price £1.75m
- The 76-bedroom Carlton Park hotel in Rotherham, South Yorkshire - asking price £3.25m
