Hopes grow for quick Neat sale

Administrator Casson, Beckman and Partner is hoping to achieve a speedy sale of the Neat restaurant in London’s Oxo Tower Wharf, which closed its doors in late January.

The administrator was appointed on 8 February and manager Karen Scott said that it was already talking to several parties who were “very interested” in buying the business as a going concern.

Neat covers the entire second floor of the tower, and a sale would include the leasehold premises and all fittings and fixtures. Scott said that she hoped to see serious offers by the end of this month and a sale finalised by the end of March.

Scott said that staff who turned up on 28 January to find the doors shut had been handed forms to apply to the redundancy office to claim their pay, and forms had now been posted to the rest of the staff.

The administrator can be contacted on 020 7400 5400.
