Fruitier and nuttier
Kellogg’s has filled a gap in its cereal range with the launch into the catering market of a luxury muesli that, it claims, has 20% more fruit and nuts than the market leader. It was decided to have extra fruit content after Kellogg’s research found a widespread practice in hotels of buying a standard muesli and adding extra fruit to improve the quality.

In addition to the cereal element, the muesli contains sultanas, apricots, dates, apples, coconut, sunflower seeds and hazelnuts. It comes in either 50g portion packs in boxes of 50 or 2kg bulk bags packed two to the box.
