The search is on to find 12 chefs to star in the Brakes 2003 calendar. However, the ability to create a tantalising dish that will whet the appetite of the judging panel of top chefs is more important than looks!

Formerly known as the Watson & Philip calendar, the event, which is now in its seventh year, has been opened up to include all areas of the Brakes group. Chefs are invited to create any starter, main or dessert with the only specification that the dish must use at least five own-brand products from Brake Bros, Brake Grocery, Brake Fresh or M&J Seafoods.

A fantastic prize awaits the winners who will be treated to a private dinner at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons near Oxford, including transfer to the hotel by limousine and overnight stay.
