Tender opportunity: The Hub Cafeteria and Kiosk, Cassiobury Park, Watford,

Watford Borough Council seeks an operator to provide a quality catering offering for the new Visitor Centre under construction in Cassiobury Park.
The Park attracts over two million visitors a year and the building of The Hub will provide cafeteria and kiosk facilities alongside educational and leisure facilities.
A five year lease is offered with opening scheduled for April 2017.The operator will be required to fit out a kitchen and provide tables and chairs.
