Les Routiers' Hotel of the Year is named as Chez Vous
The eight-bedroom Chez Vous in Warlingham, Surrey, has been named Hotel of the Year 2017 by Les Routiers guide for independent, value establishments.
Opened in 2011, after expanding from a catering company which had opened 11 years earlier, Chez Vous is said by Les Routiers to "successfully combine warm hospitality with a high standard of décor, and often provides the extras you would expect of deluxe hotels".
Chez Vous is owned and operated by chefs Laurent Pacaud and Martin Bradley.
Meanwhile, the Restaurant of the Year award was won by the Copper Horse in Seamer, Scarborough. Les Routiers said that the owners, Nick and Sandra Thomas deliver all that is outstanding value for money, and added: "Our winners aim to source ingredients as locally as possible, which they use imaginatively in unpretentious and often regional dishes."
