Bistrot Pierre appoints Adam Townsley as executive chef

Adam Townsley has been appointed group executive chef and head of development of the Bistrot Pierre group.

Townsley, who has more than 15 years' experience in the industry, will help the brand to expand across the UK while developing dishes using seasonal ingredients.

Having trained in Sydney, Townsley has worked in restaurants across the UK and in France.

Co-owner John Whitehead added: "With Adam's experienced background, we're sure that his insights into the food industry and knowledge of French cooking will be sure to further develop our menus and continue to improve the dining experience for our loyal diners."

Since its inception 22 years Bistrot Pierre has 17 restaurants around the UK, three which opened this year in Birmingham, Weston-Super-Mare and Altrincham.
