Bill's CEO Mark Fox to speak at Arena Summer Event

Mark Fox, CEO of Bill's Restaurants, is confirmed as the keynote speaker for the Arena Summer Event 2017.

The event will take place on 15 May at the Jumeirah Carlton Tower hotel, London.

Bill's went from a flood-destroyed greengrocer's shop in Lewes in 2000 to a £110.5m, fast-growing casual dining brand today, operating 76 restaurants and employing nearly 3,000 across the UK.

Fox will discuss the unique brand heritage and strategy that has inspired its continued, rapid growth, securing an increase in turnover of 20.5% for the year ending July 2016 and a place at number 70 in the Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 2016; his vision and plan to deliver continued success; and the key issues impacting casual dining and the wider industry.

He will also touch on his career path that has taken him from pizza delivery driver to CEO of the one of the fastest growing casual dining brands.

The event will also feature an industry insight panel discussion in association with CGA Peach that will consider the supply chain, pricing and operator/supplier relationships, and the opportunity to engage with foodservice and hospitality professionals during a drinks reception and three-course lunch.
