Brasserie Bar Co to open first hotel site
Brasserie Bar Co is set to open its first site within a hotel, in partnership with the Marriott at the Highcliffe hotel in Bournemouth.
The firm has lodged a licence application with Bournemouth Borough Council under its Brasserie Blanc brand for a venue at the seafront property.
Brasserie Bar Co's CEO Mark Derry said the firm was on target to open a restaurant at the 160-bedroom hotel by June this year.
"We are delighted to be working in partnership with the Marriott at the Highcliffe hotel to develop the restaurant offering. The Brasserie Blanc brand values deliver an inviting, relaxed restaurant environment where the focus is on great food and superb service. This will sit alongside The Marriott core values of putting people first and pursuing excellence to deliver an outstanding experience for the guest," he said.
"We have worked closely with the hotel on an interior refurbishment scheme for the restaurant that will marry the ‘chez nous' French home feel of the brasseries with the warm and welcoming ambience of Bournemouth's most iconic hotel."
Brasserie Bar Co runs 18 Brasserie Blanc sites across the country, with another 14 under its White Brasserie Company pub brand.
