Countertop Josper oven
Equipment supplier Jestic Foodservice has launched a new compact countertop version of the Josper charcoal oven. The Josper HJX38 has an hourly output of 6kg-8kg and features space for two large 58cm x 34cm grill racks, with a heat-up time of just 25 minutes.
Chroma Type 301 starter knife set
Mitchell & Cooper has launched the Chroma Type 301 starter set, designed by Studio FA Porsche. The set contains a santoku knife for dicing vegetables, a carving knife and a paring knife, all with a sleek, ergonomic design and extremely sharp blades.

Roe & Co Irish whiskey
Diageo has launched a new premium blended Irish whiskey, Roe & Co, which will be produced at its new distillery at St James's Gate in Dublin. Roe & Co is 45% ABV, made from Irish malt and grain whiskies, and aged in bourbon casks.

Tramontina pizza knife
Tramontina's new knife has a specially designed curved, serrated blade, which cuts rather than tears pizza dough. It is available with red or black polywood handles.
