Tender Opportunity: Contract Catering Concession, Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway, Hampshire

Exbury Gardens and Steam Railway is a 200 acre, informal woodland garden open to the public located within the New Forest National Park and is internationally famous for its rhododendron, camellia and azalea collections.

The Gardens contain a combined restaurant and tearoom along with outdoor seating areas supported by three external seasonal outlets. The existing catering lease comes to an end on the 31 December 2017, so there is now an exciting opportunity to develop the offering in conjunction with Exbury Gardens in preparation for the Garden's Centenary Year and beyond.

Exbury Gardens prides itself on being a garden of Horticultural Excellence and looks to the catering to facilitate a pleasurable eating experience for our visitors throughout the day. The foodservice needs to be a seamless part of the Exbury's visitor experience and the food, drink, service and facilities set out to inspire our customers to visit again.

Exbury Gardens Ltd is looking for an experienced and innovative caterer to award a five-year concession contract, with an extension option, commencing 1st January 2018.

This would be a great opportunity for any contract caterer.
