Winterhalter relaunches service division
Winterhalter UK has relaunched its service operation as a separate division within the company with Kieran Lynch at the helm as managing director from the 1 August.
Lynch who will also join the board of Winterhalter UK will report directly to Stephen Kinkead, managing director of Winterhalter UK.
Lynch has an extensive background in service management from the operator side of the foodservice industry, having worked with a number of international organisations such as Whitbread, Laura Ashley, Pizza Hut, Tesco and Starbucks.
"I'm keen to drive service standards through innovation and collaboration with business partners, dealers and end users," said Lynch.
Kinkead added: "In spite of the tough economic climate and concerns over Brexit, our German parent company has given the board here in the UK a huge vote of confidence in backing the expansion plans."
