Bath’s Villa at Henrietta Park rebranded as the Roseate Villa

The 21-bedroom Villa at Henreitta Park in Bath, which was sold earlier this month by Ian and Christa Taylor’s Kaleidoscope Collection, has been rebranded as the Roseate Villa Bath.

Located across two Victoria house, the property was acquired by Indian-based Roseate Hotels & Resorts as its third hotel in the UK alongside the 48-bedroom the Royal Park London – a Roseate House hotel, and the 23-bedroom the Forbury Roseate in Reading.

Technology company Bird Group is the parent company of Roseate Hotels and Resorts, which also owns two hotels in New Delhi.

Dr Ankur Bhatia, director, Bird Hospitality Services, described Bath as an “important market” for the business. “We are proud to put our flag on one of the most iconic properties in Bath.”
