Confirmed participants so far include Chang’s Noodle, Kova Patisserie, Tang’s Crawfish, Kang Foo Noodles, Han Dian and Happy Lemon. More participants are to be announced shortly.

On Saturday and Sunday, free cooking masterclasses from School of Wok’s Jeremy Pang will take place where guests can learn to cook dumplings and Sichuan chicken in 45 minute sessions.

The sessions will take place every hour from 12pm to 8:15pm on Saturday and 12pm to 5:45pm on Sunday with 10 workstations available per session.

New for 2017, a discovery journey will allow guests to try a unique six-course journey through Chinese food curated by Lillian Luk of Shanghai Supper Club and TongTong Ren and Peiran Gong of Chinese Laundry.

The £60, six-course menu includes: Pork Shen Jian Bao and Pork Intestine served with Cornish Potato and Dorset Garlic.

On Saturday there will be one lunch sitting and two dinner sittings, while on Sunday there will be two lunch sittings. The journey can facilitate 30 people per sitting.

The festival is free to enter and suitable for visitors of all ages. It will be open from midday to 10pm on Friday and Saturday and until 7pm on Sunday.
