Tender opportunity: The Eastlands Trust – The HSBC UK National Cycling Centre & The National Squash Centre

The Eastlands Trust is responsible for managing prime sporting venues on behalf of Manchester City Council.

The Trust wishes to appoint an experienced and successful catering partner to assist in the further development of its catering operations at two of its sites: The HSBC UK National Cycling Centre (NCC) and the National Squash Centre (NSC).

As well as cafes at each of the venues there is a requirement for a full range of buffets and refreshments to several meeting rooms hired out to corporate clients and partners. For major events a number of bars and food outlets are provided along the spectator concourse, complemented by a range of vending machines. The Trust also works with a range of commercial caterers to further support other catering requirements including VIP hospitality.

The future catering partner will need to be a dynamic, experienced and ambitious company, which is imaginative, and flexible and able to work to a partnership model.

For further details including a full brief, please email our catering consultant, Paul Smith at Montfort Catering Consultants paul@montfortconsultants.com. The deadline for submission of initial expressions of interest is Friday, 1 September 2017.
