Hospitality Action announces two charity events
The Northern Lights dinner, held at the Lowry hotel, Manchester, aims to celebrate the hospitality industry in the North West and features chefs including Andrew Nutter; Nigel Haworth; Steven Doherty; Mark Poynton and John Benson-Smith.
An individual ticket costs £125 while a table is charged at £1,200.

The private screening of Top Gun will kick off at 6pm at the Soho hotel.
Guests will be welcomed with drinks and canapes including mini fish and chip cones; mini beef burgers; parmesan cones with herb risotto; Hoisin duck spring rolls; goat's cheese, cherry tomato and basil quiches ; sesame and coriander prawn tempura; mini ice-cream cones and churros with hot chocolate sauce.
Guests will then enjoy a private screening of 80's classic Top Gun at 7pm with a bag of Propercorn popcorn and an alcoholic drink.
