Peter Bradley joins the St Pancras Renaissance as director of food and beverage

Peter Bradley has left his role as director of food and beverage at Red Carnation Hotels to take up the same position at Marriott's St Pancras Renaissance hotel in London.

Bradley, winner of the 2013 Hotel Cateys Food and Beverage Manager of the Year award and a member of the Hotel Restaurant Team of the Year at the Montague on the Gardens that same year, joins the 245-bedroom property following nearly 10 years with Red Carnation. His roles encompassed food and beverage manager roles, up to his most recent position as director of F&B across the group's Rubens at the Palace and Hotel 41 London properties.

Originally a chef, Bradley holds a degree in business studies in international hotel management from the Shannon College of Hotel Management, and was awarded the Master Innholders Scholarship last year to attend the Cranfield School of Management Talent Development Programme.

The St Pancras Renaissance opened in May 2011 following a 10-year, £150m restoration programme. It houses four bars and restaurants, including the Booking Office, MI + ME, the Hansom Lounge, and the Marcus Wareing-operated Gilbert Scott.
