Heston Blumenthal has appointed a new head chef at the Hind’s Head in Bray, Berkshire.
Pete Gray, who has been part of the kitchen team for nearly four years, will take over from Janos Veres at the end of November.
Yorkshire-born Gray previously worked for chefs including Paul Kitching and Adam Simmonds.
